Return Policy for Cigars
If you are not 100% satisfied with any cigars that you purchase from 9th & Madison Cigar Company after you have tried one (1) cigar, you may return them within 30 days for full credit or full refund. If you try more than one (1) cigar and decide that they are not to your liking, you may return them and will receive credit or a refund for the amount of cigars returned, minus the shipping costs. Returns are accepted only with original cellophane wrapper intact and in original packaging.
Return Policy for Non-Tobacco Products
If you are not 100% satisfied with any non-tobacco product that you purchase from 9th & Madison Cigar Company , you may return it in original condition and in original packaging within 30 days of purchase for full credit or refund.

Shipping
Shipping Policy
Shipping is important to us — we want you to enjoy your 9th and Madison Cigars in their freshest and most enjoyable state. Timely and efficient shipping is important to ensure maximum enjoyment.
Standard Shipping
All our cigars are shipping for a flat-rate ground shipping via USPS.
Orders over $150.00 will receive FREE USPS ground shipping.
All orders received by 1:00pm EST Monday through Friday will be shipped SAME DAY.
Orders received after 1:00pm EST (or on weekends) will be shipping the next business day.
At this time, we are only able to ship to the Continental USA. We cannot ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.
